Frequently asked questions
If there's something we haven't covered here, just call or send us a message — we're happy to answer any questions before you commit to anything.
- Do you charge for a quote?
No. A visit and a clear, itemised quote are free, with no obligation. We'd always rather come and look properly than guess.
- Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Kilburn and work across North West London — Kilburn, Queen's Park, West Hampstead, Maida Vale, Brondesbury, Kensal Rise, Hampstead, Primrose Hill, St John's Wood and the surrounding areas. See all areas → If you're nearby and not listed, just ask.
- Are you insured?
-
Yes, we're fully insured. References are available on request.
- Do you cover the furniture and protect the property?
Always. Before we start, we cover and protect your floors, furniture and the areas around the work, and we leave everything clean and tidy at the end.
- How long will the work take?
It depends on the job, so we'll give you a realistic timescale when we quote — and keep you updated as we go.
- Do you do small jobs as well as whole houses?
Yes — from a single room to a complete redecoration. The care and preparation are the same either way.
- What about colours and paint?
We're happy to advise on colours and finishes and talk through the options with you. We'll recommend suitable products for the job, but the choice is always yours.
- Do you work for landlords and agents?
Yes — between-tenancy redecoration is a core part of what we do, and we work with landlords, estate agents, property managers and block managers. See Professional Property →
- Do you carry out insurance and damage work?
Yes. We repair and redecorate after fire, smoke and water damage, and we're glad to provide itemised quotes for insurers. See damage reinstatement →
- How do I get started?
Call Andrew on 07956 075 005 or send a message via our contact page, and we'll arrange a free visit.
