Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how we work together. They're written plainly on purpose — if anything's unclear, just ask.
Quotations
Our visit and written quotation are free and given without obligation. A quotation sets out the work we've discussed and our understanding of what you'd like done. If the work changes once we start — or something comes to light that we couldn't see beforehand — we'll talk it through with you before going ahead.
Booking and starting work
Once you're happy with the quotation, we'll agree a start date. We'll confirm the arrangements with you in writing.
Carrying out the work
We'll protect your floors, furniture and the surrounding areas before we start, carry out the work with proper preparation, and leave everything clean and tidy at the end.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the agreed work. If there's anything you'd like to discuss before then, please let us know.
Variations
If you'd like to add to or change the work, we'll quote for it separately and agree it with you before carrying it out.
Insurance
We are fully insured. Details are available on request.
Putting things right
If you're not happy with any part of the work, tell us and we'll put it right. We stand behind what we do.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
